IN EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA ...EMANUEL COUNTY AT 313 PM EDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR ADRIAN IN EXTREME EASTERN JOHNSON COUNTY MOVING TO THE EAST AT 20 MPH. A TOWN IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM IS SWAINSBORO. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A STRONG BUILDING. DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN... A COLD FRONT MAKING ITS WAY ACROSS EXTREME NORTH GEORGIA THIS MORNING IS EXPECTED TO DRIFT SLOWLY SOUTHWARD TO NEAR AN ATLANTA TO ATHENS LINE THIS AFTERNOON THEN BECOME STATIONARY. WITH ABUNDANT MOISTURE OVER THE STATE... SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE FRONT AS IT MOVES ACROSS THE AREA.
