CITY OF LAREDO. WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 75 MPH WERE REPORTED AT THE
AIRPORT AT 906 PM THIS EVENING.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH.  THESE WINDS
BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES...
