SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  100 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...EASTERN BANDERA COUNTY...NORTHERN MEDINA COUNTY
 
AT 1205 PM A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY DOPPLER RADAR OVER
NORTH CENTRAL PORTIONS OF MEDINA COUNTY ABOUT 15 MILES NORTH OF HONDO.
 
THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.  AT THIS RATE THE STORM
WILL BE IN THE BANDERA AREA IN 30 MINUTES.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVhER 60 MPH.  THESE WINDS
BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES...
SOMETIMES BUILDINGS.  VERY LARGE HAIL CAN INJURE ANYONE CAUGHT
