SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 AM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...EAST CENTRAL GOLIAD COUNTY
 
AT 315 AM VICTORIA RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 31 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF VICTORIA. THE STORM IS MOVING NORTH AT 35 MPH. THE STORM
WILL AFFECT THE AREA OF FANNIN AND GOLIAD IN THE NEXT HALF HOUR.
