THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  945 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...KINNEY COUNTY...UVALDE COUNTY
 
AT 840 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS FROM EAST OF DEL RIO TO WEST OF KERRVILLE MOVING
TOWARD THE EAST AT 30MPH.  THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
BRACKETVILLE.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING
3/4 INCH SIZE HAIL AND WINDS UP TO 65 MPH.
 
PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD BE ALERT TO THE POSSIBILITY
OF LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.  FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND LOCALLY
HEAVY RAIN CAN OCCUR WITH ANY THUNDERSTORM.
