IN CENTRAL MISSOURI ...PETTIS COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI ...HENRY COUNTY...JOHNSON COUNTY A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING THROUGH CASS... JOHNSON, PETTIS AND HENRY COUNTIES EARLY THIS MORNING. THESE STORM HAVE BEEN PRODUCING RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES AS THEY MOVE THROUGH. TWO INCHES OF RAIN WAS REPORTED IN CREIGHTON AT 4AM. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST AND PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS. THIS RAIN WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS AND DRAINAGE SYSTEMS THROUGH 8AM.
