IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS ...NORTHERN HAMILTON COUNTY AT 1130 PM CDT (1030 PM MDT) DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SE<VERE THUNDERSTORM 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF SYRACUSE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
