AT 700 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 11 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF SYRACUSE. THIS STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH OVER
OPEN FARMLAND. THIS STORM CONTINUES TO BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL UP
TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER ALONG WITH TORRENTIAL RAINS THAT COULD FLtOOD LOW
LYING AREAS.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
