IN OHIO ...STARK COUNTY...SUMMIT COUNTY AT 535 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING RAPIDLY OVER SOUTHERN SUMMIT NEAR GREEN AND MANCHESTER...AND NEAR HARTVILLE IN STARK. THE STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHWEST AROUND 15 MPH. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
