IN OHIO ...RICHLAND COUNTY AT 410 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER WESTERN RICHLAND AND WESTERN ASHLAND COUNTIES. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 15 MPH...AND WILL CONTINUE TO EFFECT RICHLAND COUNTY THROUGH 515 PM. THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL.
