THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A
URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  515 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 315 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND WAS
SHOWING THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTHERN HURON COUNTY MOVING
EAST AT 20 MPH. THE HEAVIEST RAIN SHOULD AFFECT THE NORTHERN PART OF THE
COUNTY INCLUDING THE CITIES OF NORWALK AND MONROEVILLE.
 
DOPPLER RADAR WAS INDICATING THAT OVER AN INCH OF RAIN WAS FALLING PER
HOUR.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER C:OVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
