URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  545 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...MAHONING COUNTY
 
AT 335 PM DOPPLER RADAR AT THE NATIONAL WEATHER IN CLEVELAND WAS SHOWING
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS SOUTH OF YOUNGSTOWN. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING
EAST AT 20 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR WAS INDICATING THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN
AN HOUR WAS FALLING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IHN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
