THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A
FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  330 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN  OHIO
 
   ...ASHTABULA COUNTY
 
AT 125 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS SOUTHERN ASHTABULA COUNTY. THE STRONGEST
STORMS WERE NEAR ANDOVER AND EXTENDING TO THE SOUTHWEST.
 
DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AROUND 2 INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN SOUTHERN
ASHTABULA COUNTY BETWEEN 1230 PM AND 130 PM. THE STORMS WERE MOVING
NORTHEAST ABOUT 15 TO 20 MPH. THE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS
ASHTABULA COUNTY THROUGH AT LEAST 3 PM.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
