AT 115 AM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR LAREDO MOVING A
LITTLE SOUTH OF EAST TOWARD THESE COUNTIES ABOUT 20 MPH.  RADAR
ESTIMATED WIND NEAR 50 MPH AND RAINFALL RATE NEAR 3 INCHES.

TEXAS INCLUDING ZAPATA..JIM HOGG..BROOKS AND KENEDY COUNTIES...

AT 220 AM RADAR INDICATED SEVERE WEATHER STILL NORTH OF THESE
COUNTIES.  ONE STORM WAS LOCATED IN WEBB COUNTY ABOUT 15 MILES EAST OF
LAREDO MOVING NORTHEAST VERY QUICKLY.  ANOTHER WAS LOCATED IN MEXICO
ABOUT 20 MILES WEST OF LAREDO MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST ABOUT 30 MPH.

EVEN ANOTHER STORM WAS LOCATED IN MEXICO DISTANT SOUTHWEST OF
BROWNSVILLE NEAR SAN FERNANDO MOVING SLOWLY EAST.

KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON WEATHER TONIGHT.  THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE0 OF
HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG WIND AS THEY GET CLOSER.
