AT 833 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING INTO THE
HELENA AREA OF WESTERN SHELBY COUNTY. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST
AT 20 TO 25 MPH AND WILL MOVE ACROSS PELHAM AND ALABASTER IN THE NEXT
15 TO 20 MINUTES.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
