AT 409 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTHERN PICKENS COUNTY JUST WEST PALMETTO. THE STORM
WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR. THIS WILL AFFECT THE PALMETTO AREA
DURING THE NEXT 15 MINUTES.
