THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MUSKEGON MI  HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING      EFFECTIVE UNTIL  845 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN
 
   ...NORTHERN ANTRIM COUNTY
 
AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS OF LAKE MICHIGAN.
 
AT 750 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
OVER NORTHERN PART OF GRAND TRAVERSE BAY 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF
BELLAIRE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. THIS STORM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE NORTHERHALF OF ANTRIM COUNTY BETWEEN 800 AND 845 AM EDT.  THE COMMUNITIES OF
CENTRAL LAKE AND EASTPORT ARE IN ITS PATH.
 
THIS STORM IS LIKELY PRODUCING DAMAGING WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60
MPH...VERY HEAVY RAINS...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
STAY INSIDE AWAY FROM WINDOWS UNTIL THE STORM HAS PASSED.
