THROUGH THE NORTHERN HALF OF GRAND TRAVERSE BAY BETWEEN 745 AM AND 815
AM EDT.
 
THIS STORM IS LIKELY PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH...VERY
HEAVY RAINS...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY UNTIL THE STORM
