THEY WERE MOVING TO THE EAST AT ABOUT 30 MPH. STORMS THAT WERE ESPECIALLY STRONG WERE LOCATED NORTH OF BUFFALO IN NORTHERN DALLAS COUNTY NEAR PLAD...IN SOUTHEAST POLK COUNTY NORTH OF PLEASANT HOPE AND IN NORTHERN DADE COUNTY NORTH OF DADEVILLE. THE AREAS AROUND LEBANON...ASH GROVE AND MARSHFIELD SHOULD EXPECT PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS BETWEEN 9 AND 11 AM CDT. NINE
