AT 400 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED DEVELOPING
THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN...OVER SOUTHERN LUBBOCK
COUNTY AND NORTHERN LYNN COUNTY.  THE THUNDERSTORMS WITH THE HEAVIEST
RAINS WERE SOUTH OF LUBBOCK AND SOUTH OF WOOLFORTH.  MOVEMENT WAS
NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY CONTAIN SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WINDS...DEADLY
LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY DOWNPOURS OF RAIN.
