   CDT ( 8 PM MDT ) THIS WEDNESDAY EVENING...

A TORNADO WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR A LARGE PART OF SOUTHWEST AND WEST
CENTRAL NEBRASKA.  THE ONLY COUNTIES IN THE NORTH PLATTE AREA OF
RESPONSIBILITY THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS WATCH ARE
CHASE...HAYES...FRONTIER AND CUSTER.

AS OF 330 PM CDT NO THUNDERSTORMS WERE OCCURRING IN THE WATCH AREA OF
SOUTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL NEBRASKA HOWEVER THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING
EAST ACROSS THE PANHANDLE AND WILL BE APPROACHING GRANT AND ARTHUR
COUNTIES BY 430 PM CDT.

   CDT ( 8 PM MDT ) THIS WEDNESDAY EVENING...

A TORNADO WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR A LARGE PART OF SOUTHWEST AND WEST
CENTRAL NEBRASKA.  THE ONLY COUNTIES IN THE NORTH PLATTE AREA OF
RESPONSIBILITY THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS WATCH ARE
CHASE...HAYES...FRONTIER AND CUSTER.

AT 440 PM CDT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE BEGINNING TO MOVE INTO WESTERN
GRANT...ARTHUR AND KEITH COUNTIES.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE HAD A
HISTORY OF PRODUCING SMALL HAIL ALONG WITH SOME VERY HEAVY RAIN.  THE
THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

RESIDENTS OF WESTERN KEITH COUNTY SHOULD BE ESPECIALLY WATCHFUL  OF AN
APPROACHING SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED ACROSS SOUTHERN GARDEN COUNTY.
