THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE
UNTIL 700 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE EAST CENTRAL PART OF SOUTH DAKOTA
      HAMLIN

SOME OF THE COMMUNITIES INCLUDED IN THIS WARNING ARE HAZEL...
HAYTI...AND BRYANT.

RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAIN LAST EVENING IS PRODUCING WIDESPREAD
FLOODING OF ROADS AND LOW LYING AREAS.

FLOODING IS OCCURING OVER MUCH OF HAMLIN COUNTY. AT LEAST ONE
VEHICLE HAS BEEN SWEPT OFF THE ROAD BY THE WATER. PERSONS IN LOW
PLACES SHOULD GO TO HIGHER GROUND AND AVOID AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED AREAS.
