THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE EAST CENTRAL PART OF SOUTH DAKOTA
      DEUEL

SOME OF THE COMMUNITIES INCLUDED IN THIS WARNING ARE CLEAR LAKE AND
BRANDT

 AT 1145 PM CDT THE DEUEL COUNTY CIVIL DEFENSE DIRECTOR REPORTED
FLOODING OVER ROADS IN DEUEL COUNTY.  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4
INCHES WERE COMMON IN DEUEL COUNTY SINCE 7 PM CDT WITH ISOLATED
5 INCH REPORTS.
 A FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  GET OUT OF LOWLAND AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING. AVOID
ALREADY FLOODED AREAS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED ROADS.
