AT 1205 PM CDT...RAIN AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO MOVE OVER NORTHEAST KANSAS...WEST OF A SABETHA TO COUNCIL GROVE LINE. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED 5 MILES EAST OF MANHATTAN AND 18 MILES NORTHEAST OF MANHATTAN NEAR WESTMORELAND. THE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.
