915 AM CDT WED JUL 21 1993

...THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE OVER NORTHEAST KANSAS...

AT 905 AM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH HEAVY RAINS...CONTINUED TO
MOVE OVER NORTHEAST KANSAS. THE STORMS PRODUCING THE HEAVIEST RAINS WERE
LOCATED FROM MANHATTAN TO TOPEKA THROUGH OTTAWA TO 13 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
OTTAWA NEAR LANE.

THE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.

THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINS WILL MOVE THROUGH THE LAWRENCE...BALDWIN
CITY...ST MARYS...OSKALOOSA...WAMEGO AND WESTMORELAND AREAS BY 1000 AM.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR NORTHEAST KANSAS THIS MORNING.

THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE LOCALIZED FLOODING OF SOME ROADS.
MOTORISTS SHOULD SLOW DOWN AND AVOID DRIVING INTO WATER RUNNING ACROSS
ROADS. THE WATER MAY BE DEEPER THAN YOU THINK AND COULD WASH YOUR CAR
OFF THE ROAD.
