FLOOD WARNING FOR SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTH WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...PRESTON COUNTY...TUCKER COUNTY
 
HEAVY RAINS HAVE ENDED FOR THE TIME BEING ACROSS THE WARNED
COUNTIES...HOWEVER RUNOFF CONTINUES AND SMALL STREAMS REMAIN OUT OF
THEIR BANKS. LEAD MINE CREEK IN TUCKER COUNTY IS OVER THE ROAD IN
SEVERAL AREAS ALONG THE STREAM. SEVERAL STREAMS IN PRESTON COUNTY ARE
OVER THE ROADS AND STILL RISING.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
