AT 1210 AM...RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STORMS CROSSING INTO MINNESOTA
FROM NORTHEASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. THE STORMS HAVE PRODUCED DAMAGING
WIND...AND ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO DO SO.  THE STORMS EXTENDED
FROM 30 MILES NORTHWEST OF ORTONVILLE...TO 15 MILES WEST OF ORTONVILLE.
 
EXPECT AT LEAST 60 MPH WINDS AT BEARDSLEY...CLINTON...ORTONVILLE...
