442 PM CDT THU AUG 19 1993

...THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING RAPIDLY OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
ILLINOIS...

AT 4 35 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORM
HAD DEVELOPED 27 MILES SOUTHWEST OF SPRINGFIELD IN EXTREME SOUTHERN
MORGAN COUNTY.  ANOTHER STRONG STORM WAS LOCATED IN EXTREME NORTHERN
LOGAN COUNTY ABOUT 6 MILES NORTH OF LINCOLN.

THE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 25 MPH.

EXPECT FREQUENT DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...VERY HEAVY RAIN...AND WIND GUSTS
TO 45 MPH WITH THE PASSAGE OF THESE STORMS.

ILLINOIS EARLY THIS EVENING. AT 455 PM...A STRONG STORM WITH HEAVY
RAIN AND POSSIBLY SOME GUSTY WINDS WAS IN EXTREME SOUTHWEST MCLEAN
COUNTY NEAR THE TOWN OF MCLEAN...15 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF BLOOMINGTON.
THIS STORM WILL MOVE TO THE EAST ALONG ROUTE 136 BETWEEN 500 AND 600 PM.

OTHER SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE SCATTERED BETWEEN HENRY AND
HAVANA AT 455 PM. THIS RAINFALL...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL AFFECT PEORIA
