AM CDT WEDNESDAY MORNING...

AT 832 PM MDT (932 PM CDT) THE TORNADO WARNING FOR THOMAS COUNTY HAS
EXPIRED. THE STORMS HAVE DECREASE IN INTENSITY OVER THOMAS COUNTY...NEAR
COLBY.  THE STORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.  BRIEF HEAVY
RAINS...WIND GUSTS TO NEAR 40 MPH AND SOME SMALL HAIL IS POSSIBLE WITH
THE STORM.  THE STORM SHOULD MOVE TO A POINT 25 MILES SOUTHEAST OF COLBY
BY 10 PM CDT.
