IN NORTHWEST KANSAS ...GRAHAM COUNTY AT 1247 AM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 30 SOUTHWEST OF NORTON...5 WEST OF MORLAND. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH AND SHOULD REACH MORLAND BY 1 AM...PENOKEE BY 1.15 AM CDT IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...LEAVE THE CAR AND GO TO A STRONG BUILDING.
