AT 925 PM CDT...GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO
DEVELOPING 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF TRIBUNE...OR 35 MILES NORTH OF
SYRACUSE. THIS TORNADO WILL PASS OVER HIGHWAY 96 EAST OF TRIBUNE BY 940
PM CDT AS THIS STORM CONTINUES SOUTHWARD AT 15 MPH.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...LEAVE THE CAR AND GO
TO A STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT USE YOUR CAR TO TRY TO OUTRUN A
