000 TTAA00 KGLD 270049 TORGLD KSC199-270145- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GOODLAND KS 647 PM MDT SAT JUN 26 1993 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GOODLAND HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS ...WALLACE COUNTY AT 647 PM MDT A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY DOPPLER RADAR 22 SOUTH OF GOODLAND OR 6 MILES NORTH OF SHARON SPRINGS KANSAS. MOVEMENT WAS SOUTH AT 10 MPH. THIS STORM WILL PASS OVER THE CITY OF SHARON SPRINGS AROUND 710 PM MDT AND ALL RESIDENTS SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY. WORKMAN THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THI*S TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE... GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. AVOID WINDOWS.
