PANHANDLE EAST OF A LINE FROM HANSFORD TO SWISHER...AND TEXAS AND
BEAVER COUNTIES OF THE EAST OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE.

AT 140 AM CDT...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS HADt DEVELOPED DURING THE LAST HOUR IN SOUTHERN BRISCO
COUNTY OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE.

MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
