AT 140 AM CDT...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS HADt DEVELOPED DURING THE LAST HOUR IN SOUTHERN BRISCO
COUNTY OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE.
