658 AM CDT FRI APR 10 1992

...THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER PARTS OF NORTH-CENTRAL KANSAS THIS
EVENING...

AT 655 PM RADAR SHOWED TWO RAPIDLY DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.  ONE STORM WAS LOCATED
40 MILES NORTHEAST OF CONCORDIA OR 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF WASHINGTON.
THE OTHER STORM WAS LOCATED 25 MILES NORTHEAST OF HAYS OR 10 MILES NORTHWEST
OF RUSSELL.  THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT IS LIKELY ACROSS CENTRAL AND NORTH-
CENTRAL KANSAS DURING THE NEXT 1 TO 2 HOURS.  PERSONS SHOULD BE AWARE
OF RAPIDLYK CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LISTEN FOR LATER STATEMENTS.
