IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS ...SOUTHERN DOUGLAS COUNTY...FRANKLIN COUNTY...OSAGE COUNTY AT 253 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS CENTRAL OSAGE COUNTY TO ALONG THE DOUGLAS AND FRANKLIN COUNTY LINES OR FROM ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTH OF TOPEKA TO 15 MILES SOUTH OF LAWRENCE. QUARTER SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED WITH THESE STORMS AT SCRANTON IN OSAGE COUNTY. PEOPLE IN OSAGE CITY AND OTTAWA SHOULD SEEK SHELTER INDOORS AWAY FROM WINDOWS UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
