IN NORTHWEST LOUISIANA ...NATCHITOCHES PARISH...SABINE PARISH IN NORTHEAST TEXAS ...SHELBY COUNTY AT 507 PM CDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN SHREVEPORT INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER EASTERN SHELBY COUNTY TEXAS 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CENTER TEXAS...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER NATCHITOCHES PARISH NEAR POWHATTAN LOUISIANA.
