URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...S...

AT 610 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL OHIO. THE SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AROUND 30 MILES AN HOUR.
 
THESE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED RAINFALL OF NEAR AN INCH
IN LESS THAN AN HOUR IN PARTS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY.
