AT 405 PM EDT RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS IN FENTRESS AND SCOTT COUNTIES OF EAST TENNESSEE AND IN NORTH VAN BUREN AND IN NORTH FRANKLIN COUNTIES OF SOUTHEAST TENNESSEE.
