AT 230 PM EDT(125 PM CDT) HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING ONTO THE
NORTHERN PORTION OF THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS
WILL LIKELY CONTAIN VERY HEAVY RAIN...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND STRONG
GUSTY WINDS AS THEY MOVE THROUGH.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH.  WHEN

AT 405 PM EDT RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS IN FENTRESS AND SCOTT
COUNTIES OF EAST TENNESSEE AND IN NORTH VAN BUREN AND IN NORTH FRANKLIN
COUNTIES OF SOUTHEAST TENNESSEE.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...FREQUENT
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND VERY STRONG WINDS.  THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING
EASTERLY AT 25 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL MOVE INTO THE SEQUATCHIE VALLEY
