FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1215 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHWEST TEXAS
 
   ...HOWARD COUNTY
 
AT 1010 PM CDT...THE HOWARD COUNTY SHERRIFS OFFICE REPORTED FLOODING
ON HIGHWAY 87 BETWEEN BIG SPRING AND ACKERLY. WATER WAS REPORTED AT A
DPTH OF ONE FOOT...AND RAIN WAS STILL BEING REPORTED IN THE AREA.
 
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE U|P TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
