IN NORTHWEST TEXAS ...FLOYD COUNTY AT 701 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF FLOYDADA. MOVEMENT WAS EAST-NORTHEAST AT 10 MILES AN HOUR. PERSONS IN FLOYDADA SHOULD TAKE SHELTER. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
