000 TTAA00 KLBF 010559 SVRLBF NEC117-010700- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NORTH PLATTE NE 1257 AM CDT WED JUL 1 1992 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORTH PLATTE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 200 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA ...MCPHERSON COUNTY AT 1255 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF TRYON OR 35 MILES NORTHWEST OF NORTH PLATTE. THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL HIT THE COMMUNITY OF TRYON. RESIDENTS OF THE COMMUNITY OF TRYON SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
