THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      LOUP...GARFIELD

AT 652 PM CDT GOLFBALL SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED 15 MILES WEST OF
TAYLOR...OR 60 MILES SOUTHWEST OF O NEILL.  THE STORM WAS ALSO
PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS.  THE STORM IS MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
IF YOU LIVE IN OR NEAR THE COMMUNITIES OF TAYLOR AND BURWELL...
TAKE COVER.

PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.
PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING AND
VERY HEAVY RAIN THAT CAN QUICKLY FLOOD A LOW LYING AREA.

NENZEL OR ABOUT 25 MILES WEST OF VALENTINE. THE THUNDERSTORM HAS THE
POTENTIAL FOR STRONG WINDS...BRIEF PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINS AND HAIL.
THE THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

   CENTRAL AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...

AT 425 PM CDT A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WERE OCCURRING ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL
NEBRASKA.  THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORM WAS ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTH OF
MULLEN OR ABOUT 60 MILES SOUTHWEST OF VALENTINE.  SMALL HAIL IS
POSSIBLE WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM AS IT HEADS TOWARDS OPEN COUNTRY.

OTHER WEAK THUNDERSTORMS WERE SCATTERED ACROSS KEITH COUNTY JUST EAST
OF OGALLALA OR ABOUT 45 MILES WEST OF NORTH PLATTE.

THE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEEN MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
