BRIEF VERY HEAVY RAINS HAD BEEN REPORTED ACROSS VAN WERT...ALLEN...
AND MERCER COUNTIES AT 530 PM EDT. THIS HAD CAUSED MUCH PONDING AND
STANDING OF WATER IN CITY STREETS OF LIMA AND OTHER TOWNS AROUND THE
AREA.

MOST OF THE HEAVY RAIN HAD ENDED ACROSS THESE COUNTIES...HOWEVER
THE HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO SPREAD EAST INTO AUGLAIZE COUNTY AND
SOME PONDING AND STANDING WATER CAN BE EXPECTED.

MOTORIST ARE URGED NOT TO DRIVE INTO AREAS OF STANDING OR FLOWING WATE
THE WATER MAY BE MUCH DEEPER THAN EXPECTED.
