AT 1150 PM...RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES NORTH CHANUTE NEAR HUMBOLT. TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS...DEADLY CLOUD TO GROUNG LIGHTNING... SMALL HAIL AND WINDS TO NEAR 50 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM. PERSONS IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS SHOULD MOVE TO A REINFORCED SHELTER IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES. MOVEMENT WAS SOUTH AT 10 MILES AN HOUR.
