AT 340 AM CDT...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO TRACK ACROSS PARTS OF
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAIN. KINGMAN COUNTY SHERIFF
DEPARTMENT REPORTED THAT WATER WAS OVER PARTS OF U.S. HIGHWAY 54 IN THE
CITY OF KINGMAN...AND HEAVY RAINS WERE STILL FALLING.
 
THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS KINGMAN COUNTY FOR THE NEXT 1 TO 2
HOURS...WITH MORE FLASH FLOODING PROBLEMS LIKELY.  PERSONS IN LOW LYING
