AT 3PM CDT THUNDERSTORMS ARE RAPIDLY DEVELOPING IN EXTREME NORTHWEST KANSAS ALONG THE KANSAS-COLORADO BORDER BETWEEN NORTON AND OBERLIN. THIS IS 70 MILES WEST OF PHILLIPSBURG. MOVEMENT IS SOUTHEAST 30 MPH. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE INTO THE NORTON AND SEBELIUS RESERVOIR AREAS BY 330PM CDT. ALSO THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING RAPIDLY ALONG THE KANSAS-COLORADO BORDER 30-40 MILES NORTHWEST OF GOODLAND IN THE IDALIA AREA OF COLORADO. AT 330PM CDT LARGE THUNDERSTORMS 25 MILES NORTHWEST OF PHILLIPSBURG IN THE NORTON-SEBELIUS RESERVOIR AREAS ARE MOVING EAST 30 MPH. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE THROUGH PHILLIPS COUNTY BETWEEN 330 AND 430 PM CDT. LARGE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING INTO EXTREME NORTHWEST KANSAS 25 MILES NORTHWEST OF GOODLAND BETWEEN GOODLAND AND ST FRANCIS. MOVEMENT IS SOUTHEAST 30 MPH. THESE STORMS WILL BE IN THE GOODLAND AND MCDONALD AREAS BY 330PM MDT. THE STRONGER STORM CENTERS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAINS REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO NEAR 1 MILE AND GUSTY WINDS TO 45 MPH.
