000 TTAA00 KSPS 082357 TORSPS TXC009-090030- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WICHITA FALLS TX 556 PM CST SUN MAR 8 1992 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WICHITA FALLS HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...NORTHWESTERN ARCHER COUNTY WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADAO IN EXTREME NORTHWEST ARCHER COUNTY BETWEEN MANKINS AND DUNDEE. NUMEROUS SIGHTINGS OF FUNNEL FUNNEL CLOUDS ARE BEING OBSERVED AT THIS TIME BY STORM SPOTTERS. THIS TORNADO HAS NOW BEEN CONFIRMED BY SPOTTERS. MOVING EAST AT 20 TO 25 MPH. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
