000 TTAA00 KFTW 040102 TORFTW TXC133-040200- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORT WORTH TX 700 PM CST TUE MAR 3 1992 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...EASTLAND COUNTY AT 655 PM CST RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO ABOUT 5 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF RISING STAR. THE PARENT THUNDDERSTORM IS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. SEVERAL FUNNEL CLOUDS HAVE BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM IN NORTHEAST COLEMAN COUNTY. MAJOR URBAN AREAS IN THE IMMEDIATE PATH OF THIS THUNDERSTORM ARE RISING STAR AND PIONEER. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. AVOID WINDOWS. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.

AT 226 PM CST RADAR INDICATED LIGHT RAIN WAS DEVELOPING ACROSS ALL OF CENTRAL TEXAS. AN UPPER LEVEL STORM LOCATED IN ARIZONA WILL MOVE TOWARD TEXAS TONIGHT...THIS SYSTEM WILL INTERACT WITH MOISTURE FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO TO PRODUCE MORE NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE AREA.
